Do we do small quantity pallet orders?
Yes, we may fulfill small quantity pallet orders. However, for most small quantity orders delivery is not available and pallets will need to be picked up on site.
Pallet sizes?
We keep a large inventory of recycled 48x40s, and offer custom sized new or combo pallets to fit your pallet needs.
Do we pickup pallets?
Yes, we offer pallet recycling services.

Do we deliver to ____?
Depending on order size, our delivery area ranges up to 120 miles away from Clarksville, Indiana (Where we are headquartered).
What are combo pallets?
Combo pallets are built using a mix of new and recycled materials. Using quality recycled boards and our own new lumber for strength and premium quality. For custom sizing and cost saving.
Do we do heat treating?
Yes we offer ISPM-15 Heat Treating upon request.
Do we do last minute pallet orders?
Our operations are always flexible and we maintain the ability to conform to our partners needs as often as possible.

Do we buy pallets?
We occasionally will buy pallets from individuals in our lot. Prices vary and we may deny pallets based on several factors (condition, sizing, etc.) Call us for more info.
Delivery price?

What is our capacity?
We handle orders of all sizes, from one-time loads to large-scale, ongoing supply agreements. On average, we move thousands upon thousands of pallets each month. We currently supply customers with multiple warehouses and ongoing pallet needs.
Do we offer contracts?
We don’t require formal contracts, but we do work with customers to set up long-term pricing agreements. This gives you the stability of locked-in rates without being tied down by complicated contract terms.
What are our pallet grades?
'A' grade pallets are new, and 'B' grade pallets are recycled, inspected and refurbished used pallets.
Do we offer scheduled delivery?
Yes. We can set up scheduled deliveries to match your operation’s needs.

How fast do we deliver?
Depending on the order specifications, we can have your pallets ready within 24 hours. We keep a large inventory of 48x40s, and for recurring customers we keep inventory ready to ensure an even faster turnaround.
